In the Bosnian Institute in Sarajevo today was a ceremony of awarding certificates "Original Quality Sarajevo" Sarajevo for authentic crafts, and artisans who produce authentic handicraft products.
Certificate of Authenticity geographical origin received 18 nominating files (artisans) who submitted the certification of the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This ceremony marked the end of a long process of certifying the authenticity of traditional craft skills and products of Bascarsija, and also represents the first step to these crafts, as part of the intangible heritage, are adequately identified and evaluated as part of the overall tourism product of Sarajevo.
